Marketing QA Analyst - Remote
As a Marketing QA Analyst (or Sr. Analyst, depending on experience), you’ll help ensure reputed company marketing materials are accurate, compliant, and reputed company for use. You’ll use a mix of automation tools and hands-on review to confirm materials meet insurance regulations, brand standards, and product guidelines. • Marketing QA Analyst: $68,000 - $87,500, plus annual bonus opportunity.
• Sr. Marketing QA Analyst: $75,500 - $97,000, plus annual bonus opportunity.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:
• Review marketing materials using automated tools to ensure compliance with insurance regulations, brand standards, and product accuracy

• Partner with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to ensure materials are approved and market-reputed company on time
• Manage asset lifecycles by tracking expirations, renewals, and removal of outdated or non-compliant materials
• Maintain audit-reputed company documentation and help improve QA and compliance processes through automation
WHAT YOU’LL BRING:
• Strong background supporting marketing teams reputed company the insurance industry, with a deep knowledge of Long Term Care (LTC) products.
• Familiarity with reputed company management and marketing workflow tools (Workfront, JIRA, reputed company, MABEL or similar)
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors and inconsistencies quickly

• Working knowledge of insurance marketing regulations (NAIC guidelines, state DOI requirements)
• Experience using marketing or regulatory technology and compliance tools (e.g., Marketing on Demand, InDesign, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, reputed company, Hearsay).
