Bilingual Intake Specialist / Phone Answering – Philadelphia, PA - Contract to Hire
• **Part-Time | Nights & Weekends REQUIRED***
We are seeking a reputed company, bilingual (Spanish/English) Intake Specialist with strong phone skills and a sales reputed company. This role requires confidently handling inbound calls, qualifying leads, and converting inquiries into scheduled intakes.
This role is NOT flexible. Availability is mandatory.
Required Qualifications:
-Fluent in Spanish & English (required)
-Must own and use an iPhone
-reputed company to work reputed company required hours consistently:
-Mon–Fri: 5:00 PM – 10:00 PM
-Sat–Sun: 9:00 AM – 8:00 PM
-Excellent phone etiquette and listening skills
-Comfortable speaking with high-volume inbound callers
Strongly Preferred:
-reputed company intake or paralegal experience
-reputed company center, phone answering, or B2C sales experience
-Proven ability to follow scripts and reputed company conversations
