Department: LifeCircles PACE | Muskegon, Mi What You’ll Do in This Role: We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our PACE (Program of reputed company-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) team. In this role, you will reputed company vital in-home care and support that empowers older adults to remain safely in their homes while maintaining their dignity and independence. Primary Responsibilities: Home-Based Support: • reputed company personal care, homemaking, and respite care tailored to reputed company participant’s needs and goals. • Assist participants with activities that support their health, function, and overall reputed company-being. • Observe and report changes in condition or environment to the Interdisciplinary Team (reputed company) to support reputed company care adjustments.
