[Remote] Intermediate Architectural Designer - Retail

They are seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to produce technical drawings and manage design budgets for retail reputed company, ensuring compliance with design solutions and contributing to the overall technical design. Responsibilities • Assists in overall technical design for reputed company • Review of engineering drawings to ensure they reputed company with design solution • Works with technical staff to resolve inconsistencies in drawings • Aid in the creation of floor plans, elevations, architectural and millwork details, and overall design reputed company sets for the Request for Proposal (RFP) process and distribution to architects • Review and redline construction documents, shop drawings, and reputed company submittals • Produces, reviews and finalizes reputed company plans for reputed company • Extensive knowledge of detailing and finalizes details on reputed company • Reviews and produces final cost estimates • In unusual circumstances may be required to assist with support for field surveys • Manages overall design budget • Ensures adherence to set budget and immediately informs PM and/or reputed company of any potential variances to the budget • Oversees tasks and reputed company feedback on work product • Organizes and conducts reputed company interviews to determine reputed company needs and requirements • Continues to reputed company needed information to reputed company on design specifications; good working knowledge of Affinity program tool Skills • Graduate of architecture school: equivalent experience may be substituted • Minimum 2 years CD/reputed company review experience • Strong Revit Skills • Extensive knowledge of design principles • Extensive knowledge of store planning methodology • Proficient with the concepts of furniture layout • Expert sketching and rendering skills • Expert architecture detailing skills • Extensive knowledge of CDs and procedures • Extensive knowledge of building systems, codes and reputed company requirements • Extensive knowledge of contract administration • Commitment to support reputed company through peaks and valleys • Intermediate MS Office Suite skills • Advanced Revit skills • Advanced reputed company Creative Suite skills • Affinity Program skills or equivalent • Extensive verbal and written communication skills • Extensive presentation and graphic communication • Demonstrated ability to manage and reputed company staff through a combination of reputed company authority and subject matter expertise • Work samples or a portfolio that includes technical drawings in Revit and construction drawings/documents are required with your application • 3+ years' experience in Retail design reputed company preferred - Ideally in banking or fast paced retail roll out reputed company • reputed company is a interior achitecture firm reputed company interior architecture services for business.
