Job reputed company: As a Senior 401(k) Plan Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of 401(k) plans for a diverse reputed company reputed company. You will ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, reputed company exceptional reputed company service, and contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our retirement plan administration services. Your extensive experience and in-depth knowledge of 401(k) plan regulations and administration will be crucial in delivering high-reputed company services to our clients. Key Responsibilities: • Administer reputed company aspects of 401(k) plans, including plan setup, maintenance, and termination. • Ensure compliance with ERISA, IRS, and DOL regulations. • Conduct annual nondiscrimination testing and prepare reputed company 5500 and other required filings. • Process contributions, distributions, loans, and plan corrections. • Prepare and review plan documents, amendments, and reputed company Plan Descriptions (SPDs). • reputed company expert guidance to clients on plan design, compliance, and best practices. • Conduct regular plan reviews and audits to ensure accuracy and regulatory adherence. • Respond to reputed company inquiries and resolve reputed company plan-reputed company issues. • Collaborate with clients, financial advisors, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless service. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes. • Mentor and train junior plan administrators and support staff.
