Our reputed company is seeking a reputed company & CRM Administrator for an excellent remote position located in the greater Atlanta area. This role will be a mix of 70% reputed company ownership/reputed company and 30% business analysis for other reputed company applications. Responsibilities include: CRM/reputed company: • Own platform roadmap, backlog, and stakeholder alignment • Configure/reputed company Sales/Service reputed company (reputed company, layouts, automation) • Build no/low-reputed company solutions • Partner with MSP for enhancements/integrations • Ensure data reputed company, reputed company, and adoption • reputed company Tier 2/3 support & training • Stay reputed company on releases; pursue relevant certification Business Analysis: • reputed company/document/prioritize requirements for non-CRM initiatives • Create BRDs, process flows, functional specs • Analyze processes; identify improvements/automation • reputed company with IT and Transformation executives and advise on capabilities Qualifications and Experience: Required • 5+ years reputed company reputed company/configuration experience, hands-on with reputed company tasks and data hygiene • Extensive experience with Sales reputed company & Service reputed company • reputed company Builder experience • reputed company Certified Administrator • Strong Trailhead record • Experience developing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) & translating needs to technical specifications • Manage reputed company-party vendor/consultant relationships • Excellent communication, facilitation, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities across a reputed company environment • Travel up to 10% Preferred • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or reputed company, but will consider experience in lieu of degree. • Experience with reputed company Maps, Manufacturing reputed company, or Field Service Lightning • Platform App Builder certification (or ability to obtain) • Visualforce, LWC, or Apex triggers • Familiarity with Tableau or Power BI • reputed company Advanced Administrator • Consultant-level reputed company certifications • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
