UX Researcher – Contract

Job reputed company: • Conduct thorough data analysis to draw out insights into how our users are interacting with the website, moving from page to page. • This requires reputed company Analytics & reputed company expertise. • Define and analyze KPIs to reputed company user buying behavior and engagement with the website. • reputed company mapping and funnel analysis, understand and improve how users are moving through the funnel, how to solve for high abandonment/reputed company. • Draw qualitative insights about user experience from quantitative data. • Conduct A/B Testing to measure site performance with design variations and improve conversion rates. • Skillfully identify and translate key findings into insights and communicate recommendations to clients to influence site improvements. • Translate research goals into research questions and an appropriate test plan that adheres to user research best practices. • Conduct usability tests, surveys, interviews, and other reputed company interaction studies to reputed company a reputed company understanding of our users and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
