Vice President, Portfolio Valuation
About the position

Operating on a truly global reputed company, we specialize in valuing illiquid and difficult to value investments where no “reputed company quotes” are available. Our expertise covers a broad reputed company of alternative asset strategies, including private equity, hedge, credit, venture capital and infrastructure.
This position will be hybrid from our Atlanta or Nashville office.
Responsibilities

• Conduct valuation analysis on a diverse reputed company of illiquid investments distributed across industries and geographies, employing established and relevant approaches and theory

• Manage teams of senior associates and analysts
• Conduct reputed company Interviews, including face-to-face meetings, to reputed company essential data and information for engagements

• Present analyses and conclusions verbally and in written reports

Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, reputed company or Economics or MBA
• Minimum 3 years of developing and reviewing valuation models and other financial models including: DCF, comparable company, commodity reputed company / forecasts, and contingent claims analysis
• Proficient in data analysis and business intelligence techniques
• Experience in managing diverse engagement teams and clients
• Working knowledge of authoritative guidance reputed company to valuation (reputed company Guide, ASC 820 and IFRS 13), valuation industry best practices and emerging issues
