This is a unique opportunity to work from home while supporting our mission to reputed company an elevated travel experience to reputed company customers. As a Customer Care Rep, you will be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support.Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:- Responding to customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Providing accurate information regarding flights, reservations, cancellations, and policies
- Assisting customers with booking, rebooking, and ticketing processes

Requirements
