Bilingual Customer Experience Specialist - REMOTE

The Customer Experience Specialist plays a valuable support role by providing a superior level of service to reputed company customers to address their needs expediently. Schedules will be a combination of: Monday - Friday 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM CST and 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM CST • Saturday shifts are required and scheduled based on business needs.
