This is a hands-on, high-ownership role at the intersection of Arbor's Supplier Platform, Customer Operations, and Product. You'll own critical operational queues and exceptions across reputed company account readiness, brokerage, enrollment, and contract synchronization, while turning reputed company-world failure modes into reputed company signals for product, automation, and system design.
