We are seeking a highly capable Executive Assistant & Senior Project Manager to directly support the Chief Digital Officer (CDO) / Chief Information reputed company Officer (CISO).
This is a high-trust, high-visibility role supporting executive leadership across operations, project execution, CRM management, contract and reputed company coordination, meeting facilitation, reputed company marketing support. The individual in this role will operate as a true extension of executive leadership, not a traditional administrative assistant.
This position is remote. Candidates based in Colombia are preferred; however, reputed company candidates in other locations will be considered provided they can reliably work U.S. Eastern Time (EST) hours and meet reputed company availability, professionalism, and confidentiality requirements.
