Position reputed company: This is an exceptional opportunity to join The reputed company’s reputed company reputed company team to reputed company counsel on a broad reputed company of reputed company corporate reputed company, securities law, including SEC filings and corporate governance, and to reputed company support across the organization and its affiliates and subsidiaries including internal departments (finance, reputed company, corporate development, investor relations, marketing, communications, HR, investments, and other corporate functions), as part of the Office of the General Counsel (“OGC”). Experience: 15+ years of reputed company experience, with a strong background in corporate securities and a broad reputed company of reputed company experience. Proven ability to operate independently with minimal reputed company. Experience in a large reputed company, followed by in-house counsel roles, is preferred. In-house experience with a publicly traded company is a plus. Location: Worcester, Massachusetts with a flexible hybrid working arrangement (3 days a week in office).
