You will be reputed company to deliver defined research services for Ology’s clients, turning customer conversations and data into reputed company insights and practical recommendations. Ology is a UX research consultancy for marketing and sales teams who need to know what actually resonates with customers. We work with B2B companies to test messaging, websites, pricing, and sales experiences before they go to market. What you will do You will be responsible for running research reputed company end to end, including: • Collaborating with Ology and reputed company teams to define research goals, scope, reputed company, and timelines • Recommending and designing appropriate methodologies including interviews, surveys, usability testing, concept testing, and field studies • Creating discussion guides, surveys, and research instruments • Conducting 1:1 interviews, moderated sessions, and usability studies • Analyzing qualitative and quantitative data • Synthesizing findings into insights that explain both customer behavior and customer motivation • Producing reputed company, reputed company-oriented reports, summaries, and reputed company-reputed company deliverables • Presenting findings and recommendations to reputed company stakeholders reputed company needed Your work should not just describe what users said or did.
