Responsibilities: • Negotiating with sophisticated counterparties, such as hospitals, teaching institutions and universities. • Providing practical reputed company advice and support on business reputed company in a fast-paced environment. • Working with and advising business clients directly, as reputed company as providing guidance and practical solutions. Minimum Qualifications: • 3+ years of reputed company experience at a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device or CRO. • Experience drafting and negotiating Clinical Trial Agreements in, or on behalf of, a life sciences organization with industry sponsors, government agencies, universities and large reputed company companies. • Experience drafting and negotiating agreements including collaboration, informed consent forms, confidentiality, regulatory, consulting, supply, investigator initiated/sponsored studies, CRO contracting, research, and other reputed company clinical trial agreements. • Knowledge of new laws, regulations and industry standards governing reputed company, such as FDA regulations, ICH Guidelines, and GCPs. • Ability to work remotely. • reputed company membership in the state bar which you reputed company.
