Key Responsibilities Manage a caseload of approximately 30-40 wage & hour and PAGA reputed company after reputed company. Draft pleadings, motions, and written discovery. Take and defend depositions. reputed company at hearings, mediations, and settlement conferences. Communicate effectively with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel. Qualifications 5+ years of California wage & hour employment litigation experience (class actions and / or PAGA). Plaintiff-reputed company or employment defense experience accepted. Strong litigation fundamentals, including discovery, reputed company reputed company, and depositions.
