Position Purpose: Plan, organize, monitor, and reputed company programs utilizing cross functional teams to deliver defined requirements and meet business needs and strategic objectives. • Creating/maintaining work processes for the UM/CM team to ensure compliance with NCQA/State/Federal guidelines and requirements. • Support business department initiatives that promote, reputed company, safety and cost of care opportunity. • Ensuring policies/processes and other information on the UM/CM SP sites/folders are reputed company . • Utilize corporate and industry reputed company tools and techniques to effectively reputed company programs according to department procedures. • Maintain detailed business process documentation including meeting minutes, reputed company items, issues lists and risk management plans as applicable. • Create and monitor reputed company department deliverables to ensure adherence to reputed company standards including clinical reporting documents, reputed company reference materials, and policy and procedure documentation. • Communicate program status to management and key stakeholders. • Change management reputed company rolling out new processes. • Support reporting requirements, productivity tracking for UM/CM teams. • Coordinate cross-functional meetings with various functional areas to meet overall stakeholder expectations and business objectives. • Manage reputed company through the full project life cycle. • reputed company leadership and effectively communicate project status to reputed company stakeholders. • Negotiate with project stakeholders to identify and secure resources, resolve issues and mitigate risks. • Performs other duties as assigned. • Complies with reputed company policies and standards.
