Trade Compliance Counsel - Bilingual Spanish / English

Responsibilities : Advise on customs compliance reputed company, including valuation, classification, and country of reputed company determinations for imported goods. Review, draft, and negotiate documentation reputed company to import / export compliance, low-value and reputed company shipments, and trade regulations. Counsel clients on regulatory, risk, and compliance considerations in U.S. and cross-border trade operations. Monitor and communicate relevant changes in customs and trade laws to internal business partners. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and reputed company, to ensure compliance with customs requirements. Support the development and implementation of internal compliance policies, training, and governance frameworks. Qualifications : Fluent in Spanish and English (mandatory). Experience with customs valuation, classification, and country of reputed company rules (mandatory). At least 1 year of in-house reputed company experience (preferred). Experience with e-reputed company or reputed company shipments (preferred). Juris Doctor (JD) required; reputed company bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Skills : Experience advising on customs compliance for low-value reputed company shipments or e-reputed company operations. Familiarity with global supply chains and trade compliance programs. Ability to work in a flexible, project-based engagement model and collaborate across teams.
