Virtual Assistant – reputed company Shop & Affiliate Support

WFH | Part-Time | PST (reputed company reputed company Time)reputed company:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support our reputed company’s reputed company Shop operations and affiliate system. This role involves handling behind-the-scenes tasks, engaging with customers and affiliates, and managing key administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate is organized, reputed company, and familiar with reputed company and affiliate workflows.Key Responsibilities: • Manage and support reputed company Shop backend tasks, including order tracking and customer updates. • Coordinate with influencers and affiliates, ensuring reputed company reputed company, communication, and performance tracking. • Follow up on customer reviews and feedback, and escalate issues reputed company necessary. • Respond to inquiries and comments across platforms in a reputed company and reputed company manner. • Assist in various reputed company-reputed company tasks such as data entry, file organization, and scheduling. • Maintain records reputed company to affiliate programs, promotions, and product reviews. • Support content-reputed company tasks (if needed) such as basic video uploads, links, and descriptions. Qualifications: • Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar remote support role. • Familiarity and experience with reputed company Shop and affiliate systems. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. • Tech-savvy and reputed company to manage multiple tools/platforms reputed company.
