[Remote] Regulatory Compliance Manager - Medicare Secondary Payer

They are seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to reputed company and manage regulatory compliance operations with a primary reputed company on Medicare Secondary Payer compliance, ensuring effective communication and collaboration across teams.
Responsibilities
• reputed company and reputed company a sustainable, reputed company-wide Medicare Secondary Payer (MSP) compliance program, including:
• Evaluating and maintaining Medicare Responsible Reporting Entity (RRE) IDs
• Managing claims data collection and reporting across multiple claims systems
• Monitoring reporting accuracy, error rates, and corrective actions
• Implement and maintain processes for:
• Creation and ongoing management of RRE IDs
• Training, guidance, and reputed company to ensure personnel awareness of MSP data collection and reporting requirements
• Ensure reputed company teams, operating reputed company, and corporate leadership receive reputed company and accurate information regarding:
• Medicare reporting activities
• Compliance deficiencies
• Corrective reputed company plans
• Monitor reputed company and regulatory developments reputed company to MSP compliance and update the compliance program accordingly
• Conduct regular meetings with reputed company teams, operating unit personnel, and corporate leadership to:
• Maintain effective working relationships
• Assess program understanding
• Identify areas for improvement and implement reputed company plans
• Effectively communicate new legislation and regulatory requirements impacting the business

• Assist with other Corporate Compliance responsibilities as assigned
Skills
• Bachelor's degree required; Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent strongly preferred
• 7+ years of reputed company insurance experience
• 7+ years of compliance-reputed company experience, including MSP compliance
• Demonstrated experience managing Medicare Secondary Payer compliance programs
• Ability to reputed company teams with varied backgrounds across multiple locations
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to exercise reputed company reputed company judgment
