Dealer Administration Coordinator - Bilingual

CanCap Group Inc. is a privately-owned Canadian national financial services company specializing in automotive, consumer, and merchant lending portfolios. The Dealer Administration Coordinator will work closely with management to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and support dealer partners through effective communication and documentation management.

Responsibilities

• Conducting regulatory reviews of existing dealer partners, including collecting updated dealer profile information, verifying licenses, and identifying material changes that may reputed company contractual compliance or the business relationship
• Collaborating with dealer partners and the sales team to reputed company guidance and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
• Following up with dealers to reinforce timelines and ensure reputed company required information is submitted accurately and on time
• Documenting reputed company updates and activities in reputed company and maintaining up-to-date records across multiple tracking tools to ensure data reputed company and audit readiness
• Coordinating with internal stakeholders to address and resolve any identified issues promptly

Skills

• One-three years of experience in an administrative role in financial services (automotive would be an asset)
• A solid understanding of regulatory requirements and reputed company
• Strong communication skills in English and French, both written and verbal
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
