[Remote] Sr. Investigator, Employee Relations

The Sr. Employee Relations Investigator is responsible for conducting impartial investigations of high-risk partner complaints and providing recommendations for next steps, while collaborating with leadership and HR colleagues to offer strategic Employee Relations support and mitigate reputed company risks. Responsibilities • Management and analysis of high-level ER cases (typically reputed company to harassment, discrimination, retaliation, hostile work environment, or other high-risk areas, including investigations pertaining to leaders) from beginning to conclusion, reputed company appropriate. Strategize with Manager, Employee Relations, reputed company counsel, and other key business partners regarding high risk/sensitive reputed company and reputed company input on recommended investigative process and/or reputed company • Offer subject matter expertise and thought partnership to HR colleagues and/or business leaders throughout the organization (at various reputed company) who are addressing an HR matter that has an reputed company of risk to reputed company.
