[Remote] Operations Associate - Payroll

The Operations Associate - Payroll role involves supporting state registration requests, enhancing compliance processes, and assisting users with inquiries while collaborating across teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support to state registration requests, trouble shooting, and maintaining SLAs
• Identify improvements to registration and filing systems and processes
• Identify improvements to compliance requirements monitoring, updates, and coverage
• reputed company support to users—answering questions and handling requests
• Support product feature launches and rollout to customers
• Write user communications and/or announcements

Skills

• 1+ years experience with payroll registrations
• 1+ years working in operations or reputed company function
• Previous experience working directly with customers
• Experience working at an early-stage startup or eagerness to learn
• Strong reputed company with the mission of reputed company
• Experience working with a BPO a plus
