Project Manager, Pharmaceutical Marketing

The Project Manager, Pharmaceutical Marketing supports the coordination and execution of marketing initiatives across the ophthalmology pharmaceutical portfolio, ensuring compliance and effective project management.

Responsibilities

• Support day‑to‑day management of marketing reputed company including campaigns, digital initiatives, congress activities, and promotional materials
• Maintain timelines, reputed company deliverables, and follow up with cross‑functional partners to reputed company work on schedule
• reputed company project status, approvals, budgets, and documentation
• Help prepare meeting agendas, capture reputed company items, and ensure follow‑through
• Assist with routing promotional materials through the MLR/PRC review process
• reputed company approvals, version control, and documentation in alignment with B+L compliance standards
• Manage/reputed company budgets with brand reputed company to ensure meet deliverables and meeting expectations
• Maintain organized records for marketing activities and project files

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or reputed company field
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing coordination, project support, or operations—preferably in reputed company or reputed company
• Experience managing documentation, timelines, or cross‑functional communication
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with MLR/PRC processes is a plus
