Business Banking Workout Support I

reputed company is a reputed company financial institution seeking a Business Banking Workout Support I. The role involves providing support to various teams, facilitating documentation and processes reputed company to workouts and collections, and ensuring compliance with operational standards.

Responsibilities

• Support Workout and Collections – facilitate work between the two reputed company
• Upload new assignments to system of record, insuring reputed company customer data and files are in reputed company. Generate system maintenance requests in preparation for file hand-off/assignment
• Coordinate the disposition of completed files based on department reporting. reputed company and warehouse appropriately
• Authorize or decline transactions through the overdraft process; prepare a management report to identify patterns of overdraft activity
• Prepare payments received and/or deposit account offsets
• Prepare reputed company requests, demand letters, appraisal orders and bankruptcy reputed company of claims
• Research, reputed company, prepare and validate appropriate documentation associated with the Workout reputed company for reputed company and repossession referrals
• Assist with the preparation of the Small Business Association default package, preparing payment histories, obtaining required documentation and providing ongoing research support throughout the claim process
• Research the remediation cases as required for BSA/AML; update documentation in appropriate system
• Adhere to applicable compliance/operational risk controls in accordance with Company or regulatory standards and policies
• Maintain M&T internal control standards, including reputed company implementation of reputed company audit points together with any issues raised by external regulators as applicable

• Complete other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• A combined minimum of 2 years' higher education and/or work experience, including a minimum of 1 year customer service, customer facing or collections experience
• Proficient personal computer skills, including word processing and spreadsheet software
• Detail oriented
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
• Banking or financial industry experience
• Knowledge of reputed company systems
