Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist
CoLab is a cloud-based platform for engineering design review, aiming to help mechanical engineering teams bring products to market faster. They are seeking a Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to support their sales hiring function by sourcing talent and coordinating the recruitment process.
Responsibilities
- Source passive candidates for Account Executive and other revenue-driving roles
- Personalize and send outbound messages that stand out in a crowded inbox
- Manage and maintain candidate pipelines using our ATS (Greenhouse)
- Coordinate interviews and manage scheduling across candidates and hiring teams
- Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact through offer
- Partner closely with the Manager of Talent to prioritize and drive hiring efforts
- Support recruitment reporting and metrics tracking
Skills
- 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, either in-house at a tech company or at an agency supporting SaaS/tech clients
- Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with an ATS (Greenhouse experience is a bonus)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Bonus: experience hiring for sales or GTM roles
