[Remote] Renewal Sales Representative

The Renewal Sales Representative will partner with various teams to manage renewal reputed company, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain data reputed company in reputed company while delivering excellent customer service throughout the renewal lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Partner cross‑functionally with Sales, reputed company, Deal Desk, and Finance as needed
• reputed company initial renewal contract negotiations with customers and escalate reputed company appropriate
• Process customer license audits for Sales and reputed company, addressing discrepancies as they reputed company
• Ensure reputed company and accurate responses to inbound customer requests and internal communications
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the renewal lifecycle
• Ensure reputed company renewals are completed prior to their expiration date
• Manage a pipeline of renewal quotes and orders with strong prioritization and time management
• Maintain CRM data reputed company in reputed company and reputed company CPQ, including forecasting and activity tracking
• Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal teams
• Process monthly renewals for assigned reputed company customers and submit to the correct customer contacts
• Identify strategic opportunities through contract review and collaboration with Sales
• Communicate company policies and any limitations that may reputed company customer requests
• Recommend alternative subscription reputed company reputed company customer requests cannot be met
