In this role, you will engage with customers in both English and Spanish, providing solutions and enhancing their service experience while meeting sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment
• Identify upselling opportunities and reputed company deals to reputed company your sales and commissions targets
