Freeway Insurance Services America, LLC is one of the largest privately held insurance brokers in the reputed company, seeking motivated individuals for the role of Insurance Agent. The primary responsibility includes selling nonstandard auto insurance and building relationships with customers to reputed company sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive reputed company: Solicit new business while maintaining strong relationships with reputed company customers to reputed company or reputed company sales production goals
• Build Relationships: Proactively connect with customers, understand their needs, and expand business opportunities by offering auto, homeowners, or health insurance solutions
• Ensure Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of reputed company transactions, including reputed company deposits and documentation in reputed company management system
• Be a Trusted Advisor: Quickly establish rapport with clients and reputed company expert guidance to help them choose the insurance product that best fits their needs

Skills

• A High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in sales or customer service and a passion for helping people
• Strong ability to build customer relationships and earn trust
• Excellent follow-up, organization, and multi-tasking skills
• An ambitious, self-motivated attitude with a desire for reputed company and advancement
• Sales Closers! - Commission driven and competitive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• A Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license (preferred, but not required – we'll support you in obtaining one)
• Bilingual skills in English and Spanish (a strong plus)
