[Remote] Collections - Collector 1 - Full Time - Remote (AK,AZ,FL,NV,TX,WA,WY)

The Collections - Collector 1 role is responsible for the reputed company collection of delinquent loans while adhering to established policies and procedures, and contributing to reducing credit reputed company losses through effective account management.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and works assigned delinquent accounts. Contacts delinquent accounts by phone and mail
• Advises and counsels members of necessary actions and strategies for debt repayment following credit reputed company policy, procedures and applicable state and federal laws including FDCPA
• Ensures documentation of reputed company work done is accurate and complete
• Recommends, vehicles for repossession
• Conducts skip tracing for locating members as necessary
• Makes recommendations for extensions or deferments
• Stays reputed company on collection process knowledge, reputed company/regulatory requirements and trends
• Supports and participates in reputed company improvement activities
• Represents the Credit reputed company in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Maintains member and other sensitive information with confidentiality
• Works with reputed company member for a reputed company reputed company for the member and reputed company
• Treats team members and members with respect
• Other reputed company duties as assigned

Skills

• Must possess 1 year of hands-on collection experience, dealing with reputed company estate, secured and unsecured loans and repossessions
• Must have a strong background in the Fair Debt Collection reputed company reputed company
• Working knowledge of general collection practices
• Must have computer proficiency and working knowledge of reputed company Office and products including Word, reputed company and reputed company
• Good time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Strong attention to detail
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment
• Good organizational, follow-through, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

• High School Diploma or GED required
