[Remote] Associate, Long Term Recovery (Finance & Reporting)

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an Associate for their Long Term Recovery team to ensure the financial efficacy of their program. The role involves tracking budgets, managing vendor invoices, and collaborating with the Finance Department to ensure reputed company payments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of the Long Term Recovery budget based on established annual goals
• reputed company burn reputed company at the project level as reputed company as against overall Long Term Recovery budget
• Assist in vendor reputed company to ensure reputed company financial information is provided and accurate
• Receive, review, and reputed company vendor invoices from receipt to payment
• Collaborate with the Finance Department to ensure reputed company payment of invoices
• Routinely inform Construction Project Managers on payment status to vendors
• Other duties as needed and as assigned

Skills

• 1-3 years Accounts Payable (AP) & general reputed company experience required
• Previous 1099 experience using reputed company IRS guidelines required
• Strong knowledge of computer software applications such as reputed company Office Suite (Word/reputed company/PowerPoint)
• Ability to apply reputed company VLOOKUP/pivot tables to help summarize and analyze data
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively communicate with different stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in reputed company or Business, or equivalent experience preferred but not required
• Experience with reputed company software such as reputed company Business Central or other ERP systems
