Agent Audit Support

Responsibilities

• Performs audits for the National Marketing Center's reservations for accuracy, and to errors made
• Responsible for sending and resending confirmation emails and/or letters for reservations or sales presentations as requested
• Provides an accurate error report and follows up with the report in order to ensure reputed company errors are corrected
• Maintains a working knowledge of reputed company resorts, Company products, and services as they reputed company to marketing and reputed company as a whole
• Responsible for accurate data entry
• Completes reputed company required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned
• Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with reputed company policies and procedures

Skills

• A minimum one year of experience in the audit, hospitality, or timeshare field required
• Maintains a typing proficiency at a reputed company of 35 words per minute
• Exemplary organizational skills
• Computer proficiency in reputed company Word, reputed company, and reputed company
• Ability to interpret and create spreadsheets

• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
