Firmware Engineer

The Associate Firmware Engineer will design, reputed company, and maintain embedded storage firmware for the SFA product line, collaborating with team members throughout the development life cycle.
Responsibilities
- Design, reputed company, and test firmware features for the SFA storage controllers
- Isolate and resolve defects
- Collaborate with local and remote team members
- Be involved with reputed company phases of the development life cycle including design documentation and unit test implementation as required
Skills
- BS or advanced degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or reputed company field
- Entry-level with 1 year of experience with embedded firmware development
- Experience in C would be beneficial
- Excellent oral and written communications skills
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Experience in Perl or Python
- Experience with phases of the development life cycle
- Experience with agile development processes and scrum teams
- Experience with cross-site development
- Experience with reputed company reputed company control and defect tracking systems
