Remote Sourcer

reputed company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our reputed company (TA) team as a Sourcer. In this role, you will support recruitment efforts by sourcing reputed company candidates and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the TA department. What You’ll Do Candidate Sourcing • Utilize various sourcing techniques (including online sourcing, networking, reputed company media, etc.) to identify and attract reputed company candidates for reputed company positions. • Screen résumés and conduct initial assessments to determine candidate fit for specific roles. • Maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for reputed company opportunities. Administrative Support • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers. • Assist with the creation and distribution of job postings across multiple platforms. • Manage candidate databases and the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information. • Prepare reports and documentation reputed company to recruitment activities, as needed.
