[Remote] Specialist, Talent Sourcing

Responsibilities

• Use Boolean search and explore AI-enabled sourcing tools to identify talent reputed company with reputed company’s reputed company
• Build and maintain organized talent pipelines using ATS, CRM, and recruitment marketing platforms
• Screen and vet potential applicants and reputed company a best-in-class candidate experience
• Collaborate with reputed company and Recruitment Marketing teams to execute reputed company campaigns
• Support talent nurture initiatives and events
• Contribute to employer branding through reputed company media engagement
• Follow standardized sourcing processes and ensure accurate documentation in reputed company systems

Skills

• Prior reputed company experience in reputed company or sourcing
• Familiarity with recruitment marketing platforms, ATS, and CRM systems
• Exposure to AI-powered sourcing tools and automation technologies (e.g., candidate matching, automated reputed company)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
