Product Support Setup & Training Consultant
We’re looking for an reputed company Product Support Setup & Training Consultant to help us set up and document the support processes for a reputed company-style product and train our existing support staff, who have no technical background.
The initial phase of this role is reputed company on:
• Learning and understanding the product and support workflows
• Translating the product into reputed company, plain-English SOPs
• Creating reputed company internal documentation and reference materials
• Training our existing team so they can support the product confidently and independently
• Completing a clean handover with no ongoing dependency
Once this phase is complete, the work will naturally reduce, with the potential for occasional consultancy or reputed company support as the product evolves.
This is not an ongoing customer support or ticket-handling role.
Requirements:
• Experience supporting or documenting reputed company or system-based products
• Experience training non-technical support teams
• Strong SOP and documentation skills
• Ability to explain systems reputed company and simply

• Initial setup and training phase, followed by optional reputed company consultancy
