Sales Development Representative - AI-Powered Outbound
TelemetryTV is a next-generation low-code platform transforming digital screens into intelligent application platforms. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative who is curious and competitive, using AI tools to research accounts and personalize outreach while optimizing the sales process.
Responsibilities
- Build and optimize your outbound engine : Design AI-powered workflows that automate account research, personalize outreach, and generate pipeline. Treat your sales process like a system you're constantly improving
- Execute multi-channel outreach : Email, LinkedIn, phone—whatever works. Use AI to personalize at scale, but bring the human judgment that makes messages land
- Qualify and book meetings : Have real conversations. Understand prospects' pain points, qualify against our ICP, and set up Account Executives for success
- Experiment relentlessly : Test new approaches, measure what works, kill what doesn't. You're not following a playbook—you're writing one
- Hit your numbers : Consistently meet or exceed monthly targets. You like scoreboards. You like winning
Skills
- Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) for research and writing
- Strong written and verbal communication—you can write messages that get responses and have conversations that build trust
- Organized enough to manage a pipeline without things falling through cracks
- Resilient—you handle rejection and keep going
- Coachable—you actively seek feedback and apply it
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Experience with sales/prospecting tools (Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, Instantly, etc.)
- Previous SDR/BDR or customer-facing experience
- Experience building automations or workflows (any tool)
- Background in B2B SaaS, technology, or digital signage industries
