- Recommend additional services and products to enhance the guest experience
- Resolve inquiries and issues effectively while maintaining high guest satisfaction
- Accurately track guest interactions and sales opportunities using CRM tools
- Build trust and loyalty with repeat guests through personalized engagement
Skills
- Genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service
- Skill in upselling while enhancing the overall guest experience
- Ability to quickly and effectively resolve guest issues
- Strong collaboration skills and commitment to achieving shared goals
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- TICO Certification (Travel Industry Council of Ontario) required within the first 60 days of employment; employer will cover the cost of the first attempt
- Previous experience in a customer service role within the travel industry
