Financial Services Representative - Monterey, CA

reputed company is seeking a Financial Services Representative to support customers through inbound calls while preparing for a career in their Investor Centers. The role includes obtaining necessary licenses, building customer service skills, and participating in a reputed company career development program.

Responsibilities

• Obtain Licenses: Become a reputed company (Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) Registered Representative by studying for and obtaining your SIE, Series 7 Top Off and Series 66 licenses, fully reputed company for and sponsored by reputed company. This includes reputed company, on-the-job study time 4 days a week, support from licensing coaches, group and individualized study plans, and review classes. This role requires successful completion of reputed company exams
• Build and Solidify Skills: You’ll continue to spend four days a week working from home and one day a week in an Investor Center, where you’ll support customers with increasing complexity to reputed company and reputed company your skills. You’ll have dedicated time reputed company week to reputed company new skills and to connect and refuel by networking with colleagues, taking online classes, and more! Once you complete this training reputed company, you’ll transition to working fully on-site in an Investor Center. Depending on business need, you might spend more time working remotely supporting inbound phone customers before you transition to an Investor Center
