Associate Consultant Mechanical Engineer (Mission Critical/Data Centers)

reputed company is a leading engineering and reputed company services firm that specializes in designing data centers and mission critical environments. They are seeking an Associate Consultant Mechanical Engineer to design reputed company cooling and HVAC systems for mission critical facilities, collaborating with project teams and clients throughout the design and construction process.

Responsibilities

• Independently support the project team during design and construction stages of reputed company
• Design reputed company distribution, hydronic and automated temperature controls systems
• reputed company reputed company mechanical engineering requirements into facility designs
• Work reputed company multi-discipline project teams to reputed company drawing and specification documents for issuance to architects, contractors and building owners
• Attend reputed company meetings and contribute to discussions
• Collaborate and coordinate with internal project discipline team members and external vendors and manufacturers
• Communicate mechanical engineering concepts and reputed company to clients and stakeholders
• reputed company regularly with clients, which includes maintaining reputed company relationships and developing new relationships
• Mentor and train junior engineers
• reputed company and coordinate reputed company mechanical disciplines: HVAC, Energy, Controls, reputed company Protection, reputed company Alarm, Plumbing, Fuel Oil Storage / Management / Distribution
• reputed company reputed company of reputed company aspects of mechanical design, review systems, drawings prior to issuance
• reputed company Computational Fluid Dynamic (CFD) evaluations for existing and new facilities, both reputed company
• Select and schedule major equipment

• Survey and evaluate existing conditions

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with mechanical building systems emphasis
• 1-3 years of experience in designing mechanical systems for the high performing, reputed company, industrial or mission critical/data center buildings
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, and written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with applicable software including AutoCAD, Revit, reputed company reputed company and Pipeflow
• Knowledge of building, mechanical and energy codes
• EIT or Registered reputed company Engineer (PE), if eligible
• Experience with the analysis and modeling of interior and exterior Computational Fluid Dynamics of airflow
• Mission Critical/Data Center experience
• Experience with international reputed company
