ANALYST I

The reputed company is dedicated to serving and supporting Californians in need. They are seeking an Analyst I to work as a reputed company Center Agent, responsible for analytical work reputed company to the State's hearing process and assisting claimants with their requests.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for varied analytical work reputed company to the State's hearing process for a wide reputed company of programs, such as Medi-Cal, Cal-Fresh, Covered California, In-Home Support Services, etc
• Works directly with claimants and authorized representatives (ARs) to file oral hearing requests reputed company Virtual Contact Center (VCC)
• Responsible for accurate data entry into the Appeal Case Management System (ACMS) and processing of incoming and outgoing calls
• Receiving telephone calls from claimants or authorized representatives, initiating verbal hearing requests reputed company ACMS, and referring customers to the appropriate county or responsible agencies, and will include reputed company to various information systems that contain protected claimant information

Skills

• The position(s) require(s) a Background Investigation be cleared prior to being reputed company
• A Statement of Qualifications or Supplemental Questionnaire must be submitted along with your application to be considered for this position
