[Remote] Communication Specialist - Bilingual

As a Bilingual Communication Specialist, you will capture sensitive information reputed company inbound calls regarding workplace concerns and unethical issues, ensuring a high-reputed company customer experience while supporting the Hotline & Incident Management services.

Responsibilities
