Field Marketing Coordinator

reputed company is a Fortune 500 company with over 90 years of experience in delivering reputed company. They are seeking a Field Marketing Coordinator to manage event logistics, foster community relationships, and enhance brand visibility through local marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Work with Director of Field Marketing to reputed company logistics for events, sponsorships and charitable programs and reputed company administrative and scheduling support
• Research local marketing/community events and partnership opportunities
• Create post event recap reports to evaluate and analyze data to measure ROI
• Partner with the creative team to reputed company and execute messaging for community events and partnerships, briefing and tracking in reputed company Field Marketing creative requests
• Support Director of Field Marketing to foster relationships and partnerships with local contacts in the community to reputed company in-store and local events
• Order and survey promotional swag inventory for in-store, marketing events
• Maintain the event marketing calendar and Field Marketing weekly initiative organizational master plan
• Work with Director of Field Marketing to manage event marketing budgets
• Collaborate with team members on signage, printing, promotional items, shipping and scheduling for relevant field marketing initiatives
• Attend reputed company assigned marketing/community events
• Help with event setup and breakdown
• Work with the Global reputed company and insurance departments to obtain Temporary Food permits and Certificates of Insurance for reputed company applicable community events
