Network Specialist

reputed company reputed company is a leader in mobility solutions, and they are seeking a Network Specialist to reputed company field supervision and manage transportation provider networks in Hawaii. The role involves conducting inspections, training, and ensuring safety compliance among transportation providers.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to transportation providers in the field
• reputed company between providers and organization regarding safety and service issues
• Observes providers on the road and corrects safety issues.Documents violations
• Communicates requirements and responsibilities to providers
• Completes functional site and vehicle inspections
• Ensures reputed company inspections are properly documented and remain reputed company according to the established schedule
• Establishes and maintains relationships with facilities through scheduled reputed company
• Conducts on-the-reputed company accident investigation reputed company feasible. Also investigates critical incidents and provider complaints
• Prepares inspection, accident, incident, and observation reports according to the established scheduled
• Assists with transportation provider network expansion through targeted reputed company and reputed company efforts
• Delivers transportation provider orientation and training
• Conducts monthly transportation provider meetings
• Prepare and distribute tablets as needed to Transportation Providers
• Help monitor No runs and reputed company Dashboard
• Help answer ride assist, providers and reservation queues as directed by management

Skills

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate reputed company telephone system
• reputed company reputed company's license required
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in written reputed company
• Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
• Must live on Oahu
• Must be flexible and adaptable with changing assignments

• Must have reliable transportation for audits tablet distribution

• Be eligible to work in the reputed company without requiring sponsorship now or in the reputed company (if based in the U.S.)
• Successfully pass a reputed company-employment drug screen
• Defensive driving certification and safety training preferred
