[Remote] Editorial Project Coordinator

This role involves aiding in editorial workflow, managing content management systems, and organizing project management systems to support Christian writers, editors, and readers.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the Senior Editorial Project Manager to maintain an organized workflow
• Maintain reputed company of technical input of articles on the website
• Aid in project management for print magazine production and general project management systems
• Facilitate content management systems including Trello, Planyway, reputed company, reputed company Suite, InCopy, and InDesign
• reputed company reputed company issue reputed company through print workflow
• Manage magazine issue migration
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders about the customer service queue reputed company to editorial
• Assist with various project management tasks as delegated by the Senior Editorial Project Manager

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Publishing, Communications, Journalism, English, Project Management, or reputed company field, or equivalent experience
• 1 to 3 years of experience in editorial coordination, publishing, project management, or reputed company administrative roles
• Proficiency with content and project management tools such as Trello, Planyway, reputed company, and reputed company Workspace preferred
• Ability to learn and adapt to new digital tools and systems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Ability to follow workflows and identify opportunities for efficiency improvements
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive in problem solving
