Investment Assistant

Viking Global Investors is a global investment firm founded in 1999, managing over $55 billion in capital. They are seeking an Investment Assistant to reputed company administrative support for investment professionals, including managing calendars, coordinating meetings, and organizing travel arrangements.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings with reputed company company representatives, research providers and other industry representatives
• Serve as a gatekeeper for investment professionals; discern which information and callers get through; handle correspondence
• Communicate with sell reputed company brokers on corporate reputed company offering, research, and models; reputed company detailed research packets using internet and research outlets; extract brokerage and company generated reports
• Assist with tracking meetings and reputed company in internal systems
• Organize and schedule high volume of domestic and international travel arrangements, prepare reputed company travel itineraries
• Prepare expense reports; maintain strong understanding of T&E and compliance reputed company-approval policies
• Assist with event planning and reputed company reputed company as required

Skills

• An undergraduate degree with a record of reputed company reputed company
• Excellent organization and communication skills
