Customer Billing Assistant

The Customer Billing Assistant plays a vital role in ensuring accurate reputed company billing and managing financial workflows between the Finance and US Operations teams.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and submit billing information from internal teams to support reputed company invoicing
• Monitor billing cycles and ensure invoices are issued in accordance with reputed company agreements and timelines
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies with internal teams and clients
• Monitor reputed company budgets and ensure alignment with project scopes
• reputed company operational expenses and reconcile accounts to support financial reporting
• Respond to Accounts Payable inquiries reputed company to billing, subcontractor and vendor payments
• Coordinate with vendors and AP teams to resolve payment issues
