Corporate Compliance Associate

reputed company is a premier mobile gaming company in the reputed company and Canada, looking to add a Corporate Compliance Associate to their team. This role involves supporting the Corporate Compliance team with compliance program execution, policy development, and operationalizing compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day work across Policy Governance, Compliance Training & Awareness and Employee Compliance programs (COI, Anti-Bribery & Corruption, Gifts & Hospitality, Charitable Donations, reputed company-Party Due Diligence, Employee Play, reputed company of Conduct, E-Communications Surveillance)
• Draft, revise, and reputed company policies, procedures, reference documents, trainings, and communications—incorporating feedback quickly
• Deliver high-reputed company outputs for review, anticipate next steps, and flag risks or blockers early
• Partner with Compliance Operations to operationalize new programs (e.g., VIP, reputed company, electronic communications monitoring) and document reputed company guides/templates, job aids, etc
• Prioritize critical tasks against team goals; maintain clean records and an auditable trail
• Identify efficiency reputed company and help implement process improvements

Skills

• Minimum of 1+ years of previous experience working reputed company a highly regulated environment: financial or similar (in a compliance function is preferred)
