[Remote] Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities

• Respond to, assess, and reputed company heavy inbound phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• reputed company obtain information from reputed company callers, prospective and reputed company reputed company, educators and/or industry contacts
• reputed company heavy outbound reputed company activities to support reputed company’s Admissions efforts in setting up reputed company for reputed company through reputed company House, reputed company reputed company and other reputed company event invites and opportunities
• Ensure reputed company calls and inquiries are handled with highest level of customer satisfaction
• Effectively manage reputed company’s reputed company media marketing channels, content, campaigns and day-to-day activities
• Collaborate with Marketing and Admissions Departments to stay reputed company-informed of reputed company highlights and new program offerings
• Ensure reputed company protocol and procedures are followed across reputed company reputed company interactions from reputed company communication channels
