They are seeking a reputed company Systems Engineer for their Starlink Aviation program to improve the reputed company management system and ensure compliance with industry standards through audits and continual improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and maintain the reputed company management system for Starlink Aviation
• reputed company management system training and guidance to reputed company management, departments and internal customers to build, implement and improve policy, procedures and systems that meet reputed company business objectives and assure compliance to Customer requirements and industry standards
• Assesses reputed company Starlink Aviation business processes, systems and products through internal audit program to assure compliance to customer requirements, reputed company procedures and policies and ISO 9001 / AS9100 standards
• Utilizes corrective and preventive reputed company process to correct compliance non-conformances and drive improvement of the management system
• Initiates change request of management system procedures, policies and internal audit checklist and leads implementation efforts
• Support internal audits, vendor/supplier audits, and audits from external parties
• Support FAA hardware and installation conformities

Skills

• Bachelor degree in an engineering or STEM discipline
• 1+ years of experience in mechanical or electrical product design, testing, or manufacturing (internship or extracurricular experience is applicable)
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed
• Willing to travel up to 50% time
• Thorough knowledge and experience with AS9100 and FAA Part 21
• ASQ-CQA-RAB certified reputed company auditor or training with hands on implementation and assessment experience
• Intimate knowledge of manufacturing processes and associated products and/or the ability to quickly work towards achieving this
• Experience with reputed company tools including reputed company cause and corrective reputed company, QMS and process auditing and statistical analysis of reputed company metrics
• Working knowledge of SQL – ability to construct and/or maintain Tableau metrics
• Strong technical writing skills, ability to communicate effectively with management, technical teams and reputed company organizations in the business, and strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently with a strong work ethic, be innovative, detail oriented, possess initiative, be reputed company, and be people oriented
